We are seeking loving, caring, and compassionate people to join our team. Each staff member goes through up to 40 hours of training, and they must go through a criminal background check, drug testing, and a Bureau of Motor Vehicles check. Staff members who have at least one year of full-time developmental disability experience, at least one year on their CPR First-Aid certificate, and at least six months left on their medication certification can fall higher on the pay scale.

Specific Responsibilities for Staff & Leadership
• Promote good hygiene and grooming for clients and assist with personal care (like bathing, showering, toileting, shaving, and dental care).
• Administer and supervise the clients in taking medications and treatments, and record those activities under the direction of the nurse.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours. Duties may vary according to the specific needs of each client or the work site.
• Maintain, record, and review required documentation regarding the personal progress and skill development of each client and provide recommendations regarding the residents to the supported living manager.
• Implement and document interventions as prescribed by the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and supported living manager.
• Transport clients to and from activities outside the home. You may represent them at support services (including medical appointments) in coordination with the nurse.
• You are responsible for security, domestic chores, and light maintenance tasks – both inside and outside of the home. Provide guidance and assistance to the clients in the completion of household chores.
• Advise maintenance staff of any needed repairs that cannot be done by the on-site staff.
• Maintain the facility food and non-food inventories.
• Promptly report major unusual incidents to the supported living manager or a member of the administration team and accurately complete an Unusual Incident Report (UIR).
11. You will become and remain aware of Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services LLC's policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and ordinances.
