Our CEO, KenJuan Johnson, and his wife COO, Vanessa Johnson founded this company with the goal of helping individuals with developmental disabilities. We began as just a group of caregivers who wanted to make a greater change in the lives of the people that we serve. Today, our dream has become a reality. We have grown into a fully operating company that cares for adults, teens, and children with developmental disabilities. Our staff has over 25 years of clinical and managerial experience in the field of developmental disability care. We are affiliated with various local small businesses that assist our agency with fund raisers, donations, events, and many other community gatherings that allow our individuals to become more involved in the community. Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services LLC is a caregiver agency that goes over and beyond the call of duty. We teach our individuals about specific issues and challenge them to move beyond his or her comfort zone.

Our Caring Staff

Here at Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services LLC, our staff goes through orientation, which is a 40-hour week of quality training. We make sure that our staff members are knowledgeable and conscious of the individuals they are servicing. All staff and team members continue with ongoing training and refresher courses to stay familiar with our clients and their Individual Service Plan (ISP) or Behavior Support Plans (BSP).

Our staff are trained in the State of Ohio on Medicaid standards along with agency policies. Before any staff are allowed to work inside of a residential setting, they must first be trained in CPR and first aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), medication administration, medication certification, individual's rights, abuse and neglect prevention, positive behavior support, Unusual Incidents (UI) and Major Unusual Incidents (MUI), and person-centered planning.
